Life is Short

So, I'm at work last this morning, and the paper comes, I prop 'er open, and as I flip through, I naturally, cross the obituaries. My jaw dropped. A girl I grew up with, 21 yrs old, I went to school with her for 12 years, is dead. Lupus. I never knew. Total kick in the pants. Life is short. I'm floored, really, just, amazed.

Also, someone needs to hit me REALLY hard, cuz I'm actually debating asking the Ex out again, and I KNOW it can't lead to anything good, but at the same time, like just stated....Life is short....erg....
